Refunds & Returns Policy

Blanket Hugs does not offer refunds once an order is already made.

Those eligible for refunds are as follows: Deliveries over 31 days late of ETA on your order.

Customers are only allowed to return their items in the rare case of an incorrect item being delivered or damages reported within 24 hours upon receipt of item/s.
